I suppose she looks alright...but I think she looks too old. There's a way to wear a lot of makeup while still looking fresh and young...she should definitely go in that direction instead of...this...

I think she looks cute... and yeah maybe she's wearing a little more makeup than before but she's still pretty!! she looks better than Miley with that eye makeup!
