It's not unfair that Joe got the lead roal. Nick and Kevin got minor parts because Joe was the only one out of the three of them to try out for the movie, and Nick and Kevin weren't even planning to be in it in the first place. It just worked out that way because they changed a few things around so they could all be in it.
